About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator in the Kansas City metro to join our Connected Networks Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects by assisting with scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Collaborates closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to maintain project documentation, communicate updates, and help resolve any issues that arise

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Organize all project tasks to adhere to the timeline and deliverable requirements
  • Maintain and enhance project documentation, including project databases, schedules, and status reports, to ensure deliverable requirements are met
  • Track project progress, identifying potential issues, and facilitating timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams and external partners, facilitating clear and consistent information flow.
  • Report on project risks, outcomes, and deviations to management, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions and project success

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare SaaS experience
