Fabletics is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Fabletics Mobile App

You will be responsible for amplifying Fabletics unique competitive advantage as a native ecommerce retailer. You will advocate for all things mobile app, focus on the customers' journey, and you will drive innovative, value driven experiences and initiatives. You will deliver on your squad’s distinct roadmap, focused on our mobile applications experience within our technology ecosystem.   

  

This role will report directly to the Director of Product and UX – Mobile Applications   

  
What you will do:  

Product  

  • Manage the full product life cycle of web and mobile products, focusing on increased conversion, easy shopping and innovation, revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, attrition, and retention.  

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across teams from many different areas of the business to define market opportunities and user needs.  

  • Create clear product roadmaps, developing the business case and ROI for new features  

  • Write detailed requirements, draft user flows, communicate project scope effectively, and manage products through development, QA, UA Testing, and launch  

  • Manage app store and/or google play version release process, including drafting release notes and maintaining the app store pages across all locals  

  • Define, develop and manage A/B or multi-variant tests.  

  • Execute on routine monthly product updates that support standard business cycle  

  • Monitor key business and user metrics to ensure an always optimized app  

  • Understand, analyze and make recommendations from the day-to-day data from a business, UX and product perspective.  

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the mobile app landscape and understand what opportunities exist for the brands to explore based on business case analysis and recommendations.  

UX & UI  

  • Partner with our UX, Market Research and Data Analytics teams to understand the needs and opportunities on the platform  

  • Ability to conceptualize an abstract idea and turn it into user-friendly features per specific use cases  

  • Work with UX to maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the brand across the app and web experiences  

  • Develop deep understanding of Fabletics visual design & UX principles based on performance and apply learnings through complete wireframes, flow charts and design systems for internal tools, iOS and web  

  • Have a strong point of view on design elements and interactions and how it pertains to a better user experience overall

  • 5+ years’ relevant product management and e-commerce experience, including managing consumer facing mobile products  

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a product pipeline: measure velocity, mitigate issues and identify new opportunities to increase overall throughput. Experience in agile development is a plus  

  • Team player and enjoys eollaboratively and gathering insight from all levels of the organization  

  • Experienced in requirements gathering to translate business, user and market needs into product requirements  

  • In-depth knowledge in user-centered product development as well as related tools and processes  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong project management experience to effectively communicate and work in an international environment   

  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts  

  • Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision-making skills  

  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder needs against limited resources, while maintaining buy-in  

  • Project and process management skills
