  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance using technology and data insights

  • Lead product discovery efforts with distribution operations, engineering, and automation teams to validate solutions and define value-driven capabilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of distribution technology products, from ideation through implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement

  • Develop and prioritize product backlogs, epics, and user stories aligned to core warehouse workflows (receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, yard execution)

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across WMS, WES, WCS, robotics, and material handling systems

  • Enable system orchestration and real-time execution through integration across warehouse, automation, transportation, and order management systems

  • Champion a data-driven, operations-first mindset using warehouse KPIs, system telemetry, and user feedback

  • Define and track KPIs such as order throughput, pick rates, dock-to-stock time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment SLAs

  • Analyze product and operational performance data to drive prioritization and continuous optimization

  • Evaluate technical trade-offs across speed, cost, system complexity, and automation integration

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and operational continuity in warehouse environments

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including legacy system modernization, automation enablement, and technical debt reduction
