About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell’s Procurement team plays a critical role in enabling this innovation by ensuring the company operates with scale, resilience, and efficiency. Partnering closely with engineering, finance, and global business teams, Procurement drives strategic sourcing, system optimization, and process excellence that support Marvell’s growth and technology leadership. This team directly influences how innovation is funded, executed, and delivered—creating measurable business value while enabling the speed and agility required in a rapidly evolving semiconductor landscape.

What You Can Expect

Day in the Life

  • Regular collaboration across global teams

  • Review program milestones, stakeholder inputs, and procurement system data

  • Identify inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities

  • Lead process-mapping and requirements-gathering sessions

  • Translate business needs into clear system and process recommendations

  • Drive execution of system optimization and transformation initiatives

  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on program delivery

Collaboration & Management

  • Work most closely with Procurement leadership, category managers, Finance, IT, Engineering, and technical teams

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams without direct people management

  • Set priorities, manage dependencies, and drive accountability through influence

  • Act as the central point of coordination for procurement systems initiatives

Tools & Core Activities

  • Use Oracle and/or SAP procurement systems daily

  • Leverage process mapping and documentation tools

  • Analyze data using reporting and dashboard platforms

  • Use program and project management tools to track delivery and risks

  • Common tasks include process analysis, system assessments, requirements definition, roadmap development, and KPI design

Communication & Decision-Making

  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and decision forums

  • Present insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to Procurement and enterprise leadership

  • Influence decisions with data-backed analysis rather than status reporting

What’s Unique About This Role at Marvell

  • Direct impact on enabling innovation by improving how procurement systems support rapid growth

  • Exposure to complex, global operations within a fast-moving semiconductor environment

  • Opportunity to shape scalable, future-ready processes rather than maintain legacy ones

Why This Role Is Critical
