Spreetail is hiring a Sr. Process Engineer, Safety and Loss Prevention to join our fulfillment network. This role will be responsible for leading the development, collaboration and deployment of loss prevention, physical security, workplace violence, and safety programs within the fulfillment network. Spreetail is hiring a Sr. Process Engineer, Safety and Loss Prevention to join our fulfillment network. This role will be responsible for leading the development, collaboration and deployment of loss prevention, physical security, workplace violence, and safety programs within the fulfillment network. How you will achieve success:
- Oversee network wide emergency preparedness to keep personnel safe in the event of extreme workplaces threats such as (but not limited to) extreme weather and security threats.
- Drive analysis for organizational partners as it relates to safe and secure performance.
- Immediately engage and help manage critical safety & securityincidents, while driving long-term improvement in correlating KPIs (such as ORIR, TRI, shortage, etc).
- Be the subject matter expert as it relates to OSHA Compliance, Incident Reporting, Physical Security best practices and other aspects of EHS (environment health and safety).
- Ability to implement SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and trackable) actions in a clear and compelling manner across various levels including senior executives.

- Works with a team first mindset; always ensuring our number one focus with safety and security revolves around the utmost care for our Spreetail team members.
- Work effectively in collaboration with teams across Spreetail to identify key opportunities to eliminate safety and security threats.
- Proactively identify and analyze opportunities with an objective lens to enhance Spreetail’s safety and security performance regarding both lagging and leading indicators.
- Strong display of self-motivation and organization to drive continual business improvement, effectively keep stakeholders informed, and collaborate well with cross functional teams.
- Model and analyze data to identify safety incidents and theft trends (both proactive and reactive)while leverage the appropriate hierarchal controls to eliminate risk.
