Position Specific Description
Everyday our employees help us deliver safe, affordable, and reliable service to our more than 4.9 million customers. They are helping shape our company and how our customers see us. This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at the Cape Canaveral Energy Center located in Cocoa, FL. Work Management, RCA, and Reliability Engineering experience preferred. Mechanical experience related to HRSG inspections, Combustion Turbines, Steam Turbines and general power plant maintenance standards is a plus. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations and prioritize preventative and corrective work to ensure the sites’ equipment is in excellent operational condition and available for use at all times. This position coordinates maintenance evolutions in multiple areas of the plant including electrical, mechanical and control systems. Job Overview
Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
