Job Overview

The Senior Operations Specialist is a key role in support of the Branch Exams team by preparing reports used by Branch Examiners to gain familiarity with the activities of each branch including risk insights which steer the trajectory of the Branch Exam. The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for exporting and distributing reporting to large enterprise clients including insights into upcoming Branch Exams and outcomes from prior Exams. Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (written and verbal) are also needed to be effective in the role. This position will work from our Fort Mill, SC facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Export and consolidate a variety of reports specific to individual branch offices in preparation for upcoming branch inspections.
  • Consolidate multiple data sources into a single resource used by Examiners to cross-reference approvals, disclosures and exceptions.
  • Export and distribute Branch Exam reporting to large enterprise clients.
  • Effectively communicate with other internal departments and external clients.
  • Execute with excellence adhering to established quality control measures and procedures.
  • Other assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table functions), Outlook and Word.
  • Two years of experience in administrative or operational capacity.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Professional demeanor to represent LPL in a client-facing role and across all levels within and outside the organization. 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be a consultative partner.
  • Proven track record for working independently, meeting job responsibilities, and detail orientation.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and a member of a high functioning team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Preferences:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people of all levels, clients and senior leadership, in a confident, professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Financial Services industry experience or supporting a growth organization is a plus.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Pay Range:

$17.23-$28.72/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
