Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. has opening for Sr Mgr, IBP Data & Analytics in Loveland, CO.

 

What you will do: 

 

• Develop the long-term strategy for IBP (Integrated Business Planning) with focus on the data analytics capability development.
• Lead all special projects including business case preparations.
• Coordinate all IT projects, support and maintain data and systems post implementation.
• Develop advanced statistical planning models, and provide the planning groups the data analytics and reporting required to advance and maintain planning.
• Develop and maintain working collaboration with many groups within the company, such as Strategic Supply, Supply Chain Excellence, TD&L, Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance and IT.
• Background check required.
• May telecommute 40% of time within the Larimer County area.

 

What you will bring: 

 

• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a business analyst/data analyst-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a business analyst/data analyst-related occupation.

 

Position requires experience in the following:

 

• Systems - SAP (specific proficiencies in Material Resource Planning and Available To Promise functionality), IBP, CI-DS, Power Query, Power BI, and advanced in Excel;
• LamaSoft and all common SQL data landscapes;
• 5 years’ experience in data strategy;
• Sales and Operational Planning and S&OE planning concepts, and providing detailed data support specific to all levels of the S&OP and S&OE processes;
• Building a planning environment (to include system design and build, as well as processes/procedures), versus experience in a mature planning environment;
• Understanding of the full supply chain operational flow;
• Functional understanding of SAP technical objects and processes outside planning to include production, transportation, sales, purchasing, and customer service; and
• Translating business needs into solutions that meet the best practices of a high performing supply chain.

Salary range is $104,603 to $148,575 per Year. This is the salary range for the Sr Mgr, IBP Data & Analytics in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
