Job Description

Our Business Intelligence practice is positioned for strong growth, and we are looking for a person who can help us build this further.
The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence Consulting is responsible for the development of client-facing solutions and proposals to Blend360 prospective clients and current clients. Breadth and the ability to speak to and compare current BI technology solutions and depth in being able to work at a level of technical detail are both important to being successful in this role. This role requires strong presentation and hands-on power point skills with a high attention to detail and aesthetics. Prior BI consulting experience will be a huge plus in presenting and configuring staffing on BI projects. Builds and champions the application of reporting, analysis tools, dashboards, and business knowledge to develop and implement replicable reports, datasets, and databases to achieve performance and financial metrics. Work is fast-paced and requires juggling of multiple tasks, and the job may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate the needs of Blend360 clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of Business Intelligence (“BI”) proposals, projects & initiatives by partnering with senior-level client partners within Blend360 and its clients
• Define BI solutions that fit client needs. Apply BI best practices and work with team members to design technical solutions
• Manage a cross-functional team working with database architects, data scientists, BI developers, business users and analysts to design and develop optimal business intelligence reporting and data analytics solutions
• Work as the BI tools subject matter expert and contribute to overall enterprise BI architecture strategy and roadmap through evaluation of current and emerging technologies
• Keep co-workers and Blend360 leadership updated on the status of the proposals
• Play a client relationship role on selected clients to keep a finger on the client pulse for team performance and opportunities
 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have experience working in Professional services or Marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering, Science, Technology, or any closely related fields
• Highly analytical, metrics-driven, with the ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical team plans
• Established track record driving business goals and offerings through data, business intelligence, and analytics
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities against capacity constraints
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals and cultures, at all levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for precision and accuracy

Additional Information

The starting base pay range for this role is $120k - $145k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
