Position Details:

The Senior Merchandising Analyst supports operational maintenance processes and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best in class assortment and online customer experiences. You will oversee maintenance and quality of merchandised presentations, implement changes to the assortment, and support the category review process. You will report to the Manager, Merchandising Strategy Operations.


You Will:

  • Perform operational maintenance processes and support continuous improvement initiatives that are designed to keep our assortment and merchandised presentation relevant, accurate, and up to date
  • Leverage analytics and technical product knowledge to recommend assortment changes and execute the addition of new items to e-commerce publications
  • Partner with Channel Merchandising Manager and Merchant to build and implement the category strategy by providing structured data-driven analyses
  • Analyze customer feedback to make necessary changes and improvements to e-commerce publications in order to enable an effortless customer selection experience
  • Collaborate with partners in Product Information, Search, and Publishing to optimize online content
  • Support continuous improvement within the execution of Merchandising Strategy Operations and partner across teams to identify and take action on opportunities for process and tool improvements

You Have:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3+ years of experience in related fields (e.g. merchandising, product management, operations)
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of data to determine insights and facilitate decision-making
