You will establish and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative, creating a consistent, data-driven view of transformation priorities, progress, outcomes, and business impact. Working across business functions, transformation leaders, and executives, you will synthesize information from across the organization into a cohesive story that helps leaders make decisions, drive alignment, and communicate transformation consistently.

  • Synthesize insights from transformation initiatives, operational performance, and strategic priorities into clear executive-level narratives and recommendations.

  • Develop materials and content that support senior and executive leadership discussions related to transformation strategy, progress, and outcomes.

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging themes across transformation efforts and help leaders align around a common understanding of priorities and results.

  • Continuously refine how transformation success is measured, communicated, and understood across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in executive communications, strategy, consulting, change leadership, or corporate affairs.
