Sr Manager Strategic Implementation - US Based Remote

Job Description –Sr Manager, Strategic Implementation & Partnerships 

 

This role reports into an executive leader at Anywhere Integrated Services. This Strategic Implementation role will be accountable for driving growth of this new brand through ownership of key implementation workstreams and optimization of current company performance. We are looking for passionate and experienced operators who will play a key role in shaping the growth of this business.

Key Responsibilities: 

•        Leadership & Communications – Serve a key communicator and program owner during the 3-5 month implementation phase. Set a precedent for thoughtful listening and iteration. Ensure launch progress and key decisions are clearly and enthusiastically communicated to internal stakeholders, including leaders in operations, legal, finance, marketing, and Anywhere brand partners. 

•        Thoughtful Implementation - Collaborate with internal teams to own and iterate on the workplan and ensure all launch processes are efficient and impact-oriented. Think outside the box on how things should (or could) be done. 

•        Program Design: Own and iterate on the experience and value proposition of this new joint venture business line. Build mechanisms for gathering feedback from customers, franchisees, real estate agents, and internal leadership across both the franchise and title/closing businesses. 

•        Partner Management - Partner with Anywhere Brand teams and local title presidents to manage relationship, input, and questions from Anywhere franchisees during the 2-4 month implementation phase.  Own relationships with partners post-launch and develop a programmatic approach for ongoing partner success.

•        Strategic Planning - Lead planning and implementation of Anywhere’s new line of franchisee title and closing joint ventures, including management of cross-functional leaders through key strategic decisions (e.g., consumer experience, office footprint, and launch playbook). 

 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

•        Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

•        5+ years of experience in strategic operations, implementation or program management roles; no title industry or joint venture experience required.

•        Expert in program management and ownership, including data-driven iteration on the value proposition, processes, and communications of a complex program/offering.

•        Proven experience in leadership level communications and presentations; experience in managing external partners a plus.

•        Stellar communication and presentation skills

•        Superb time management skills and a strong sense of ownership for outcomes

•        Ability to work independently, including analyzing and proposing changes in strategy, tools, and structure
