Job OverviewThis role leads a team responsible for supporting sales operations and revenue operations programs across business sales channels. It focuses on creating operational efficiencies, ensuring brand compliance, and supporting customer service for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes oversight of program management, and analytical reporting. Success is measured by the effectiveness of program execution, adherence to operational standards, and impact on channel metrics. The work directly influences sales operations support and enhances partner and customer relationships through program delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of program managers and analysts to deliver sales operations programs effectively
- Develop and maintain key metrics to monitor frontline support and program performance
- Standardize operational procedures for sales operations processes, program execution, reporting, and cross-functional workflow management
- Provide operational support to teams by resolving sales and partner relationship issues
- Design, develop, and manage lifecycle of sales operations and revenue operations, programs, tools, and support processes
- Manage budget analysis and track expenses related to sales operations programs to ensure financial accountability
- Develop and maintain key metrics to monitor support and program performance
- Standardize operational procedures for program execution, and reporting
- Design, develop, and manage lifecycle of programs related to dealer merchandising, pricing, tools, and operations
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4-7 years Management experience or a combination of 6+ years of people management and cross functional program leadership (in lieu of 5 years of people management experience). (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Telecommunications experience. (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Project/program management experience. (Preferred)
- Experience in supporting Sales Organization a plus. (Preferred)
- Experience in budget management and analysis. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $113,900 - $205,500Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
