Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows, establish priorities, and lead the Quality Assurance approach forInStride products at a company level.
  • Responsible for function testing, exploratory testing,performance testing, integration, and E2E testing.
  • Work closely with other Engineering andProduct teams to continuously improve team practices, culture, and process.
  • Plan, coordinate and support the implementation of a balanced and reliablesuite(s) ofautomated tests in support of the company's Cl/CD pipelines.
  • Develop innovative strategies, processes, and standard methodologies to ensure productquality and serve as the gatekeeper for engineering releases.
  • Work with a team of qualityengineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
  • Assign and review the work of a small group of engineers, including offshore associates,for engineering projects, plan and coordinate shared Quality Assurance resources for differentteams, multi-functional projects (medium- to large-scale), and initiatives.
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess Quality Assurancegroup needs and assist Agile teams to maintain a good balance between product velocity andquality. Will supervise 2-4 subordinates. Position will be headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, and allows for telecommuting from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
  • Two (2) years’ post-baccalaureate experience as Quality Assurance Engineer, Business Analyst or related role.
  • Experience must include Java, Selenium, SQL, Postman, Soap UI,XML, MySQL Server, Testlink, Qtest and Clear Quest.

Salary Range:    $177,400.00 to $232,500.00 per year
