Sr.Manager Operations

1.    Ensuring overall activities of foundry plant as per set KPI.

2.    Responsible for the capacity planning & aligning the production activities as per production plans

3.    Responsible to carry out and Controlling Developmental activities of processes and new castings.

4.    Ensuring and implementing various measures for cost reduction.1.   

5. Ensuring day to day activities in Core Shop, Moulding, Melting, Pattern Shop,HT, Fettling ,Machine Shop and process shop to have dispatches as per plan.

6. Ensure with maintenance Department for zero break downs.

7.    Responsible for imparting on-job technical training to staff & workmen for development of overall competencies of the plant.

8.    Ensure effective utilization of man, machine and materials for controlling rejection levels.

9.    Ensuring overall administration, discipline, proper use of PPE and safety aspects aiming towards zero accidents rates.

10. Responsible & ensuring effective system implementation like 5S, ISO, EHS, Idea management.
