About this role:

As a member of the Access Solutions HR Team, the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will impact over 800 global employees in Sales, Sales Enablement, and Engineering. You will be a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team for Supra & Onity, LenelS2, BrokerBay, and MASterMind. As a HR strategy enabler, you will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development, and staffing, optimize total rewards and employee engagement, and promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and counsel to people leaders to optimize talent development, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business to drive human resources projects and programs related to the employee life cycle of total rewards, performance management, talent development, HR analysis and planning, and organization transformation.
  • Manage key HR processes, including annual compensation planning, sales incentive design, leadership development, and headcount and employment cost planning.
  • Demonstrate talent focus by recruiting high-performing individuals across the division for all levels of the organization. In partnership with recruitment organizations, develop creative, innovative strategies to recruit high-potential talent.
  • Identify employee relations issues; conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • As a culture & change agent champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • As a trend spotter, compile and analyze Human Resources data, develop strategies to respond to trends.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources
  • Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MS in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
