Job Summary:
The ESG Senior Manager will lead non-financial data governance, ensuring compliance with ESG reporting regulations and integrating ESG disclosures with the financial reporting cycle. This role combines technical expertise in ESG data, internal controls, and regulatory reporting with strategic leadership to position the company as a leader in sustainable and transparent reporting.The position will report to the Head of External Reporting and manage a small team, while partnering closely with Finance, Internal Audit, ESG Strategy & Communications, and external assurance providers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects that address regulatory challenges and improve compliance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve regulatory issues and implement best practices.
- Analyze current business trends to inform regulatory strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance the organizations regulatory compliance efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in regulatory relations best practices.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities
Non-Financial Data Management & Validation
- Verify ESG data collection and validation processes, and oversee assurance of ESG metrics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
- Administer ESG information platforms and data sources, ensuring strong governance.
- Drive alignment of ESG disclosures with the financial reporting cycle.
Controls, Risk, and Assurance
- Lead risk assessments and design robust internal controls for ESG reporting.
- Partner with Internal Audit (SOX) and external auditors to manage assurance processes over ESG data.
- Own and implement the ESG Metrics Policy and procedures, ensuring global and consistent application. Contribute to maintenance and enhancement of the body of ESG-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and other process documentation.
- Oversee change management related to ESG reporting and data processes, ensuring that reporting impact as result of new regulatory requirements, new products, new licenses, system enhancements, and internal process updates are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted across the organization
