About the role

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, eMobility Service Strategy & Infrastructure will enable optimal Service Operations promoting unrivaled team and partner engagement. Key partners include OEMs, Dealers, EV Charger Suppliers, Independent Electrical Contractors, and Big Box Retailers.

You will build and lead a team of Service Process professionals, focusing on infrastructure creation, implementation and opening new revenue channels. This includes overseeing contractual requirements from initial sales engagement along with developing service capacity and implementing structure at the same sales velocity as market growth and technology enhancements. 

The role’s primary focus is process, instilling a culture consistency, value, and customer trust by ensuring outstanding, seamless field service, HQ support, customer advocacy and speed to satisfy the customer. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, Define, compose, and drive implementation core processes focused on data, systems, consistency, and formalized architecture. Through collaboration, continuous improvement and industry knowledge creating accountability to performance and standards in service operations, technical service, and service sales operations.
  • Lead service pricing and contract processing to (newly composed operational SOPs) ensuring compliance to standard practices and contractual requirements holistically including, estimating, management, service execution, forecasting building segmented models based on complexity and high value targets.
  • Implement seamless field (maintenance and installation) service field service process, KPIs, and dashboards with weekly, monthly, and annual tracking against targets/revenue. 
  • Maintain a continuous improvement program to govern over overall SLA at targeted & benchmarked KPI levels on a continuous basis, plus oversee service MSA/SLA uniformity and accountability. 
  • Accountable for the financial results (revenue and gross margin) of the Service teams and automate approval processes to ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity through the utilization of ABM best practices. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, life experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience overseeing national service operation with 1 million+ in revenue $ (recommended but not required)
  • 5+ years leading small to med size teams (recommended but not required)
  • Six Sigma Certification, preferred.
  • Electrical vehicle technology with an OEM, a plus

Working Conditions

  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically & internationally if needed.
