Sr. Logistics Program Analyst

Responsible for working with senior management on managing specific task order(s) ensuring that technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.  Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.  Direct and coordinate completion of logistical engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plan and formulate logistical engineering programs and organize project staff according to project requirements.  Provide analysis of new and complex project related problems and create innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.  Develop and coordinate with appropriate senior personnel on expansion of current business areas as well as the initiation of new business that is consistent with the goals and objectives established by Senior Management.  Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.  Ensure quality products and services are delivered. Provide formal updates to cost, schedule, performance, risk assessment, and risk mitigation plans for each program/project. Estimate project start and stop dates as well as expenditure plan aligned to key milestones within the project, to include any anticipated direct charges.

Required Skills:  Level II Certified in Program Management, Level III Certified in Life Cycle Logistics.  Computer skills must include proficiency in: MS Project, Excel, Word; Spreadsheet; and PowerPoint.  Knowledgeable in project management tools, processes, and techniques.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 25 years of experience is required. PATRIOT Missile Defense System knowledge associated with the deployment and operational requirements.
