We are looking for an experienced Sr. Integration Leader for the Pharmacy Automation portfolio.  As the lead in this role, you will work across a Portfolio to establish, understand and support the current Integration strategy and help to develop and lead a future of interfaces and integrations towards a simplified and harmonized interface solution offer focused to improve the client experience.  This role will be a strategic role that partners across our business departments, with vendors and clients.

Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Integration Leader for the Pharmacy Automation portfolio.  As the lead in this role, you will work across a Portfolio to establish, understand and support the current Integration strategy and help to develop and lead a future of interfaces and integrations towards a simplified and harmonized interface solution offer focused to improve the client experience.  This role will be a strategic role that partners across our business departments, with vendors and clients.   

Key Responsibilities 

• Leadership and performance management of Integration delivery for the Pharmacy Automation Teams. 

• Represent R&D in external vendor relationship development to align integration capabilities with business value. 

• Identify strategic and tactical integration opportunities with other BD MMS product lines. 

• Represent R&D in the multi-functional development team, collaborate to define technical integration strategy and technology roadmaps. 

• Lead and work with R&D functional leaders to assign engineering subject areas to achieve portfolio goals. 

• Establish the people and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality integrations across Pharmacy Automation Assets to meet established product and technology integration timelines.  

• Facilitate inter- and intra- team communication and collaboration to meet the demands of complex pharmacy automation integration needs.  

• Work with approved vendors to extract future technology direction, understand market trends and to form and document requirements.   

• Provide a culture supportive of optimal individual contribution and teamwork.  

• Develop protocol materials and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures 
  Serve as technical liaison and expert for Hospital System Integration, including pre-sales technical calls 

• Collaborate and Partner with Cross functional Business teams to ensure we are meeting Business requirements with high quality integration solutions.   

• Serve as an escalation point for client, vendors and internal stake holders 

 

Skills and Experience 

• Strong leadership, organizational and motivational skills as applied to multiple technology disciplines.  

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with Product interfaces and integrations   

• Experience with cross functional, geographically dispersed and technically diverse product development teams  

• Work closely with product team members to understand the business goals and communicate them to the team
