As an individual contributor, you'll partner with senior leaders in our Dungeons and Dragons (D&amp;D) and Commercial teams, to make Wizards the designation for creatives, technologists, and storytellers. Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and our business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) are uniquely positioned to shape employee experiences, ensure the company's talent grows in meaningful ways, and help the business meet our goals.
