Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Arizona for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies that will increase number of active accounts, penetration of existing accounts, and acquisition of new accounts; accomplishment at both the individual, team, region, and preferably national level
- Certified Project Management Professional (preferred)
- Proven track record of success leading a team of individuals to achieve increased sales dollars and account penetration
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact and act as an advisor on professional issues with Aflac’s senior management, and internal and external business contacts
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related field (preferred)
- Five - seven years (preferred) of successful work-related experience
- Possess (or willingness to attain) state required life and health agent license
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
- A minimum of four years regional insurance or sales experience (national sales experience preferred)
- Group Workplace Voluntary Benefits (WVB) experience (preferred)
Travel
- Less than or equal to 50%
