The Opportunity: As Adobe’s Digital Media business continues to scale and evolve, the need for disciplined execution, strategic change leadership, and infrastructure for balanced transformation has never been more important.

We’re looking for a manager to lead our FP&A Program Management and Operations function—anchoring on operational rigor, change management, system transformation, and policy stewardship!

This role will serve as the center of gravity for cross-functional execution, managing our roadmap of initiatives, owning the ARR policy lifecycle, and ensuring finance requirements in every system, reporting, and transformation we take on.

What you'll Do

Drive Operational Rigor & Lead Strategic Initatives

  • Lead operating cadences that provide transparency into FP&A priorities, roadmaps, and initiative health
  • Build and maintain data-driven governance models, and maintain centralized intake and evaluation process for FP&A system or reporting changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation, process maps, and SOPs tied to critical finance functions, especially ARR. Translate ambiguous asks into actionable roadmaps

Orchestrate System and Process Transformation

  • Partner with Finance, IT, and internal customers to ensure system changes meet FP&A requirements
  • Anticipate resource timing conflicts and build connective tissue between financial planning cycles and system delivery
  • Drive policy compliance through ongoing policy documentation, internal customer education, and internal audit readiness

Enable Executive Decision-Making

  • Publish bi-weekly updates for leadership summarizing program status, risks, and key decisions along with synthesizing technical and financial data into actionable insights
  • Lead the development of strategic pillars and initiative frameworks that guide long-term FP&A vision

What you need to succeed

Leadership & Influence

  • Proven ability to lead through influence across finance, operations, and technical teams with high EQ with the ability to navigate complex internal customer landscapes and push for clarity without friction
  • Experience leading teams or functions responsible for operational AND financial transformation

Strategic Execution, Policy Expertise and Change Mangement Skills

  • Strong program management chops: balancing multiple workstreams, managing risk, and driving team delivery with the ability to connect high-level strategy with operational detail and ensure scalable execution
  • Experience implementing change management frameworks that drive adoption and resilience
  • Comfortable driving policy creation and maintenance with strong documentation and control standards while translating into actionable process.

Financial Competence

  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial concepts, especially ARR and revenue recognition principles with the ability to interpret and translate finance and forecasting needs into system and reporting requirements
  • Comfort with tools like Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and general finance tech stacks (IBM, Tableau, Etc.)

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA and certification in change management a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, operations, or program management, ideally in the technology sector
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—especially in executive and cross-functional settings
