In the role of working in Sr Finance Analyst (Sr. FA)- Innovation you will be part of the the financial development of the North America innovation business cases. The Sr. FA is a key finance business partner to the innovation team, providing finance thought leadership, ensuring our innovation pipeline delivers on top- and bottom-line ambitions. This role is highly cross-functional, working with numerous finance peers, the project management team, the procurement team, and the supply chain team.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Innovation Business Partner: Lead, and own, the development of finance business cases; identify risks and opportunities; provide financial insights/trade-offs
  • Delivering Financial Objectives: Subject matter expert on NA innovation business cases, including partnering cross-functionally on all assumptions
  • Shepherd innovation business cases through the InnoCom and START processes to achieve approval for each step
  • Support key innovation and R&D leadership teams in both setting and tracking innovation progress against NSR targets
  • Drive efficiencies in reporting and presentations
  • Partner with the Finance Analyst – Innovation to provide input on budget tracking 

 

Key Ingredients: 

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of Finance
  • You have at least 2 years experience in Finance, developing business cases, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
