Job Description

This role will be based in one of our offices in San Francisco, Mountain View/Sunnyvale, Chicago, Detroit, New York, or Washington DC.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

We are looking for an Sr Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the VP, Global Sales Solutions. You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with employees and internal partners and flawlessly handling confidential and critical information.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Full support of the VP – Global Sales Solutions 
  • Manage meetings with support from Chief of Staff (e.g. set agendas, prepare presentations, document meeting minutes and manage action items)  
  • Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)  
  • Manage and reconcile VP’s expense reports and travel arrangements. 
  • Maintain email distribution lists / aliases  
  • Participate in large-scale special projects, as agreed with manager. Including assisting with quarterly global business meetings or providing extra help with ad hoc business meetings 
  • Liaise with Lead EA team and represent global LSS Admin team. Provide input on admin assignments for LSS Leadership team 
  • Promote and attend COO Admin team events, create a strong sense of community and contribute to shared Admin resources 
  • Act as the point of contact between workplace services to meet facility needs for the team  
  • Find new and efficient ways to create work processes to help maximize your executives' time, including weekly and quarterly reporting, goal-tracking, and team meetings  
  • Represent VP and the LSS business with professionalism and integrity, along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalism  
  • Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction  
  • Work with cross-functional partners on budget tracking and communicate financial constraints  
  • Special projects as assigned 
  • Travel up to 2x per quarter 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience working at a senior and/or executive administrative level with at least 3 years at supporting the VP+ experience  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience  
  • Experience with project and budget management   
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders of large teams  
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and cloud-based applications (SharePoint)  
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills  
  • Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and anticipate their needs.  
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment  
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines, even if ambiguous environments.  
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional project work   
  • Adapts to changes quickly and can learn adopt new technologies and be flexible with new systems, tools and processes  
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks

The pay range for this role is $103,000 to $166,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
