Who You’ll Work With

The Senior Executive Assistant is supporting senior leadership for the Retirement Services group.

About The Role

The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Executive Vice President, Head of Retirement and Wealth Management Distribution and Senior Vice President, Business Operations for Retirement Services.  The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, client focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the onsite coordinator for Retirement Services for the Houston office.  Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal colleagues and external partners

Manage multiple complex calendars, schedules and travel arrangements for executives adhering to Corebridge travel policies

Process and maintain timely expense reimbursement adhering to Corebridge policies

Coordinate and organize internal meetings such as Monthly Business Reviews and Town Halls as well as external meetings, including logistics, agendas and follow-up

Track key projects and initiatives, deadlines and priorities, ensuring the executives are informed and prepared

Anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively manage

Handle confidential information with discretion

Provide data timely and handle multiple transactions with high accuracy

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

7+ years supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced professional environment

Ability to work independently in a high-profile office environment exercising necessary discretion and judgment on a routine basis

Superior PowerPoint skills preferred. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in insurance / financial services or a regulated environment preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact at all levels with internal colleagues and external business partners

Ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
