Job OverviewThe Sr Engineer, Supply Chain Process at T-Mobile is instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and procurement operations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative supply chain models and business models, strategies and processes to reduce costs, streamline operations, and improve overall service quality and performance. By analyzing logistics, spend and performance data and integrating systems such as WMS, TMS, and SOR, the engineer identifies trends and inefficiencies, proposing actionable solutions to optimize workflows. Collaborating closely with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders, they lead projects that align supply chain processes with business objectives and maintain compliance and quality standards. This role fosters a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking by encouraging innovation and adopting best-in-class supply chain and logistics processes. Through its focus on quality, cost reduction and efficiency the Sr Engineer, Supply Chain Process significantly contributes to T-Mobile's operational excellence and competitive advantage.Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements innovative supply chain and business models, strategies, and processes to drive cost reductions, improve service quality, and streamline operations and/or movement of materials
- Leads continuous process improvement projects, including management of project timelines, resources and stakeholder communications. Analyzes logistics, spend, and/or performance data to identify trends and inefficiencies, proposing actionable solutions to optimize workflows. Engages in strategic planning and execution to maintain competitive advantage in the market

- Collaborates closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to align logistics and/or business processes with overall enterprise business objectives, compliance, and quality standards. Regularly presents insights and solutions to executive leaders to influence strategic decisions
- Conducts regular reviews and updates of supply chain and procurement practices to adhere to latest industry standards and technological advancements
- Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in designing and implementing supply chain, procurement and/or business processes to enhance operational efficiency Required
- 4-7 years Experience in conducting process analysis and implementing improvements in a manufacturing, logistics or business environment Required
- 4-7 years Experience with SQL and data analysis for identifying trends and supporting decision-making Required
- Process Improvement Ability to analyze and enhance business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. (Required)
- Data Analysis Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, make predictions, and support business decisions. (Required)
- Microsoft Excel Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. (Required)
