Overview

The Head of Technology Program Management is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for driving ARS’s most critical initiatives that are enabled by technology. This role requires a highly capable operator who can independently manage complex, crossfunctional programs from strategy through execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable business impact.

 

This leader will work across all functional teams including technology, marketing, analytics, finance, sales, and field operations to ensure major programs are planned, coordinated, and delivered predictably across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Lead ARS’s Enterprise Program Portfolio• Plan, structure, and manage execution of high-priority cross-functional programsthat impact operations, customer experience, revenue growth, and operationalefficiency.• Drive program intake, prioritization, and sequencing across technology, marketing,analytics, finance, sales, and field operations.• Maintain a unified and transparent view of timelines, dependencies, budgets,decisions, and risks.2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution• Serve as the connective tissue across ARS to ensure clear ownership, smoothhandoffs, and aligned milestones.• Translate business outcomes into integrated program plans with actionabledeliverables.• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to manage dependencies and removeblockers.3. Delivery Hygiene & Governance (Simple, Effective)• Establish and operate lightweight, scalable program management processes,including:o Integrated roadmapso RAID and dependency logso Decision logso Budget/burndown trackingo Scope/change controlo Rollout readiness plans• Improve predictability and reduce last-minute escalations through proactivetracking and communication.4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement• Deliver concise, executive-ready updates and status communications to CTO,Executive Leadership and PE Partners.• Surface risks early with clear mitigation paths.• Build strong working relationships with functional leaders and stakeholders acrossARS.5. Field Readiness & Adoption• Coordinate rollout planning, communication, training, and change adoption acrosssales and field operations.• Ensure the organization is prepared for new tools, systems, and processes.• Track stabilization, feedback, and performance post-launch to ensure valuerealization.6. Vendor & Partner Coordination• Manage partner and vendor deliverables, timelines, and commitments across arange of technology and operational programs.• Track SOWs, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional technology and business programs.• Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise-scale initiatives end-toend.• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience acrosstechnology, marketing, finance, operations, sales, and analytics.• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complexwork.• Experience working in large distributed or field-based operational environmentspreferred.• Familiarity with major enterprise systems, data/analytics initiatives, technologymodernization, and operational transformation programs.

Success Metrics• Predictable, reliable execution of major cross-functional programs.• Clear and trusted reporting to CTO, Executive Leadership and PE Partners with nosurprises.• Strong alignment across all functional teams with improved cross-teamcoordination.• Successful operational and field adoption of new systems, processes, orcapabilities.• Visible improvements in program predictability, business impact, and executionmaturity.• Early identification and mitigation of risks that reduce fire-drills and escalations.
