Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

The Sr. Director leads a team that works in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Customer Support, Order Management, Data Delivery centers, and other cross-functional groups to define and align customer and prospect requirements to existing CoreLogic products and solutions.  The role includes developing a deep understanding of unique client needs and socializing common themes and client needs internally as an input for future product development.  This leader defines and documents standards and process to further streamline the customer contracting and product input prioritization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Solutions Engineering team for Servicing & Payment Solutions.
  • Keep an ongoing pulse on the sales pipeline and provide updates to leadership.
  • Partner with sales and product marketing for revenue opportunities and drive prospects through the pipeline.
  • Partner with the client and prospects to solve complex needs utilizing existing solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, how they are used by the customer. Ensure internal stakeholders understand the clients’ needs.
  • Present clients’ complex issues and socialize potential solutions to senior and executive leadership.
  • Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected client results.
  • Lead, coordinate, communicate and manage RFP processes.
  • Create and empower data driven and continual improvement culture.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of Consultant/Business Process Analyst/Product Management in the mortgage servicing industry
  • Previous experience in a leadership and/or management role
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales, and other business groups
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into complete and deliverable specifications
  • Excellent organizational and project management and facilitation skills.  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining consensus. Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions
  • Domain knowledge covering one or more aspects of the real estate economy (mortgage servicing, property insurance, credit, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of client base and product and data offerings (preferred)
