The services and support requested include project management, platform and application product development, data services, data taxonomy and data management, application security, and delivery management The purpose of this work is to provide service-oriented IT support to the customer’s Product Delivery Division, for ongoing support services of the customer’s Data Services. RIVA will be providing an integrated, manageable, scalable, and flexible solution that meets the core support services and that maximizes the use of commercially available provisioned service solutions such that the purchase of new infrastructure is minimized. RIVA will provide services based on the Enterprise Core Services such that the Government can benefit from the existing services and economies of scale. RIVA will present a solution that easily provides for evolution of services and that provides a proactive approach to ensuring service evolution and innovation occurs. Evolution includes technological effectiveness in meeting the missions and providing reduced cost and increased efficiency over time. Position Description and Responsibilities

The Sr. Digital Developer must be proficient in the designing and developing of data applications, pipelines, and other data-related processes and procedures. This includes data connections, APIs, application authentication and authorization, computer and container deployments, and debugging.
The Sr. Digital Developer must be proficient in using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, pipelines, SQL, DAX, and Python to support complex data transformations.
The Sr. Digital Developer may provide consultation on complex projects and work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
The Sr. Digital Developer may provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
To implement solutions, the Sr. Digital Developer will collaborate with the O&M team’s Data Architect and Data Facilities Operator so that new developments are in alignment with current architecture and so that cloud resources can be provisioned and configured properly.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Microsoft Azure Certified Developer
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
