Grainger Management LLC is seeking a Sr Data Scientist in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field plus 3 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Develop and deploy a range of statistical and machine learning models, including XGBoost, Random Forest, Time Series, Clustering, Regression, Classification, as well as NLP models like LSTM and LDA, using tools such as Tensorflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow; Design and deploy data ETL pipelines, performing feature engineering and selection, while managing and manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using SQL on cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift; Conduct product recommendation and pricing experiments; and perform hypothesis testing to make inference and recommendations; Create and manage code using Git on GitHub or Bitbucket in collaboration with cross-function team on large repositories; Develop and automate reporting BI dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau or Looker to track key business metrics and provide actionable insights for executives.
