Corebridge Financial has an opportunity for an ambitious, highly productive Sr Data Analyst to join the Planning and Analysis team within Group Retirement and Wealth Management.
The team is highly visible, supports the Executive leadership team and collaborates with all functional areas of the business.
This person will be critical in modernizing the information delivery mechanisms and supporting business critical applications and processes. This person will also play an integral role in
acquiring and analyzing data as well as compiling and delivering information to cross functional areas and the Executive leadership team.

Responsibilities
• Working with business teams & technical teams to build out a business owned self-service data environment and governance program.
• Responsible for development & maintenance of Snowflake database data models.
• Stewardship of critical data used in planning processes.
• Performing, improving, and automating repetitive information delivery processes.
• Collaborating with colleagues in a variety of roles across the Group Retirement and Wealth Management business.
• Performing work on ad-hoc data analytics & reporting projects.
• Participation and leadership in highly visible, top priority data project work.

Position Requirements

• 6+ years in business and data analytics.
• Proficient with PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle and Snowflake.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and database design. Experience working with large number of datasets.
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pleasure.
• Project management experience with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong technical skills.
• Proficient in designing dashboards & reports using analytical tools like Power BI (DAX knowledge must), Cognos or Sigma.
• Analytical problem solving and financial acumen.
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel with advanced formulas, Access, PowerPoint).
• Self-learning, energetic, team player.
