The ServiceNow Corporate Strategy function is a small and mighty team, focused on high impact strategies that support growth and our rapidly increasing scale. Our projects focus on what moves the needle for the company, including top-line growth and internal operational initiatives. We report directly into our CEO but work cross-functionally with executives and senior leaders across the business. Over time, we expect Corporate Strategy team members to transition into high-profile functional roles across the organization. As a Corporate Strategy Manager/Sr Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives in close partnership with functional leaders across the organization. You will be expected to work on projects that can range from product incubation and growth strategies to Industry Strategy and broader transformation, to M&A and partnership diligences, and to pricing and sales enablement initiatives. Your work will give you direct exposure to the executive team and contribute to our overall strategy and help drive its successful execution. This role is full time and we are flexible with your working locations as well as with the level (Sr Associate, Manager or Sr Manager).

What you get to do in this role:  

• Take ownership of the entire work process, from structuring complex problems to developing and testing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and driving actionable recommendations using a data-driven approach.

• Develop and communicate compelling recommendations with high-quality output that effectively convey insights and drive decision-making.

• Provide executive audiences with research-driven insights that influence decision-making.

• Lead cross-functional teams, such as product business units, to identify opportunities, unlock productivity, and accelerate execution.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5 or more years of work experience, including 1-2 years of post-MBA or higher-degree experience at a management consulting firm, tech strategy/ops function, private equity, or similar role (with the job title commensurate with the level of experience).

• Experience or familiarity with the Enterprise Software / SaaS industry, including a high-level understanding of the application stack, cloud infrastructure stack, and software development processes.

• Adept at conducting analysis and using a data-driven approach to generate insights and drive decision-making.

• Effective communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in p
