  • Ensure Global Fulfillment Strategy is reflected in IT Fulfillment roadmap and cascade and deploy accordingly in the different regions

  • Serve as a key liaison between Business Relationship Managers and technical/domain experts (internals and externals), ensuring clear communication, shared understanding, and effective collaboration.

  • Proactively engage with global stakeholders to align expectations, collect requirements, manage risks, and deliver value-focused solutions.

  • Establish and maintain governance structures, project documentation, and regular progress reporting to senior leadership.

  • Champion best practices in project management, delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and cross-functional collaboration

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in project management and/or solution delivery, with a focus on fulfillment or supply chain processes.

  • Proven experience leading global projects and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams.

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and fulfillment technologies is a plus.
