Additional Information* 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement user interfaces, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Optimize application performance and conduct testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Appian applications.
• Stay updated on Appian best practices and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.

Requirements:

You are:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications using the Appian platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Appian Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Appian development tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
