Sr. Analyst, Sales – Planning & Performance

The Sr Analyst, Sales – Planning & Performance will support the Chief Strategy Office for our US Sales team and be reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning. The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support sales strategy projects along with managing the operational support for the team.  The core role of this team includes managing and developing the joint value business processes across US Sales, internal and external sales strategy routines and processes, along with planning, executing, and developing tools for industry and customer experiences during key external engagements and events. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Own all analytical and operational support for US Sales Strategy team, including working with Kantar and IRI to identify future trends and industry insights and bringing story and recommendation.
• Defining process & developing execution plans for industry and customer events, sales communications, and townhalls. 

• Lead asset management, creation, tracking, and optimizing across team and brand marketing counterparts.
• Create assets, presentations, and develop frameworks for the strategy team to implement and share with key stakeholders.
• Own analytical team support utilizing internal and industry tools to extract data, insights, and utilize to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, digital, sales, culinary, supply, and operations. 
• Create, design, and leverage data and reporting to build presentations and sales materials for key stakeholders.  
• Consult on annual strategic plan/calendar and develop tools and materials for communications and tracking progress.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

• Tested experience leading more than one annual cycle of analytics & data ownership for an organization, exhibiting strong analytics skills to develop comprehensive business plans

• Proven ability to work autonomously and plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work across cross-functional and external stakeholders
• Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
• Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize analytical tools including Circana (IRI), Kantar, Numerator
• Multi-tasker who can manage projects across multiple categories simultaneously. 
• Proven competencies of being naturally inquisitive, highly driven, and a self-starter
• Graphic design experience is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

Physical demands include but not limited to

• Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
• Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule
