Sr Analyst, Quality Engineer (Annuity Data Platform)

This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days (Wednesday & Thursday) per week.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst with more than 3 years of experience to join our Annuity Modernization team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, automation, and continuous learning. You will support data quality initiatives, automate data validation processes, and contribute to the validation of ETL pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in automating data validation and testing using Tosca DI

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and transformation

• Support ETL processes and understand data flow from source to target systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Document processes, test cases, and results for transparency and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases

• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing principles

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or coursework in Tosca DI, Snowflake

• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and automation tools

You will focus on a blend of skills enabling efficient execution of risk-based testing, test automation, performance testing, test data management, test environment management, continuous integration and continuous deployment all improving speed to delivery for our business partners.
