Senior Analyst, Governance & Compliance
Here at Thirty Madison, we are seeking an expert Senior Governance and Compliance Analyst to join our team. You will be overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Compliance programs. You will also be responsible for monitoring the efficiency of controls and finding opportunities for improvement. As a healthcare company, we take Compliance very seriously and hope you do, too. - The base pay range for this position is $117,600 - $161,700 per year.**

What you get to do every day
- Manage the policy lifecycle for the organization and develop and maintain policies and procedures for the company's Compliance program.
- Analyze compliance data to identify areas for improvement and to prepare dashboards and reports for Compliance leadership, the Compliance Governance Committee, and the Board Audit and Quality Committee.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance by leading Thirty Madison’s Compliance Alliance and leading the organization-wide annual compliance training.
- Triage and investigate reports to the compliance hotline. Identify the root cause for incidents and ensure that remediation is completed. Provide timely notification to patients and customers when required.
- Respond to requests for patient records, data deletion, and access to records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, People, Product, and Engineering to provide guidance and answer questions related to HIPAA, FTC Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other state and federal regulations and how we comply with the laws as an organization.
- Manage the annual SOC2 audit and ensure that controls function effectively throughout the year.
What you bring to the role
- Curiosity and a strong desire to refine processes and enhance capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, public policy, or healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability in a Compliance role collaborating with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment
- Deep understanding of pertinent laws and regulations in healthcare and technology, encompassing HIPAA, the FTC Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and state privacy laws.
- Experience with SOC2 or similar audits and/or control frameworks, such as HITRUST.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Diligence and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
