About this position

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This position will partner closely with other departments across the company and will interact directly with Directors and occasionally Executives. Ability to perform advanced Excel formulas and functions and generate financial modeling including dashboards and charts, is a must. Preferred but not required is experience with NetSuite and Jedox (or similar software).

What you'll do

• Build effective partnerships with the business leaders to help identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencies.
• Assist with the forecasting & budgeting process, including the consolidation and reporting out to department leaders and executive team
• Build dashboards around key business metrics, and drive process improvements in the FP&A process, analysis & reporting responsibilities.
• Develop and update pricing and profitability models at the SKU level.
• Coordinate closely with corporate accounting on costing models and analysis.
• Exhibit the ability to deal with ambiguity and the capability to work independently.
• Responsible for managing large volumes of data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as necessary to support business decisions.
• Ensure the day-to-day activities are aligned with the strategic goals and policies.
• Actively reviews and reports appropriate metrics to ensure quality standards are met.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
• You have 7-10 years of experience in FP&A.
• You have strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, COGS, SG&A
• You have a strong skill level in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions, and generate financial modeling, including dashboards and charts.
• Experience with NetSuite and Jedox (or similar software) is preferred.
• You have strong critical thinking skills.
• You have data analysis experience with the ability to manage large datasets encompassing multiple systems.
• You can work efficiently at both a detailed and a big-picture level.
• You are adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
• You maintain positive relationships with all departments. 
• You value relationships and can influence others to develop relationships reflected in continuously positive experiences.
