The Business Operations & Strategy team within Media Technology & Operations (MT&O) is seeking a skilled Senior Analyst, Strategy and Business Operations to join our team. Within the MT&O organization, our team provides analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and clear communication with key internal and external stakeholders around the business. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, preparing and communicating key strategic and operational analytics and supporting ongoing operations

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Data Analysis: Work with team members to evaluate existing operational metrics reporting and lead effort to expand and automate data acquisition efforts and analysis process.  Develop repeatable processes to socialize data findings with executive and partner teams.    Work with business partners to gather relevant information for specific analyses. Identify required data, work with partners across the organization to procure, organize and accurately assess data. Develop key insights from diverse data sets and identify opportunities.

  • Strategy: Support the alignment of departmental objectives to MT&O and WBD strategy, specifically related to key technology adoption and operational efficiency across global media technology organization. Maintain strategic roadmap documentation leveraging inputs from multiple sources. 

  • Communication & Business Partnering: Partner with relevant teams to share desired strategies and help drive needed adoption and support. Coordinate with stakeholder teams to transition approved strategies to project execution. Develop compelling presentations to inform and enable key business decisions. Work with teams to develop OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) and monitor progress

  • Business Operations: Facilitate processes to enable effective management of departmental operations. Includes high degree of coordination with business teams across the organization and other support functions (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, People & Culture, etc.) Support operational teams in navigating new initiatives & requests successfully through appropriate review and approval processes

  • Service Catalog Development:  Work with management team to develop and maintain catalog of services offered by team across disciplines and geographies.  Utilize information for key operational metrics package, reports to clients, internal analyses, etc. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and performance enhancement, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting with large global organizations in Media or Technology fields or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience working with Large Data sets and automating data acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and assess information, manage complexity and change, and synthesize the 'So What' for leadership and stakeholder teams
