The Senior Analyst will support project & task assignments to assist the office of the CIO in delivering business results. They will regularly exercise excellent business judgment to support high visibility tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to support business operations and grow in their ability to plan, design, and execute strategically.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst role will support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.
Assume responsibility of tasks while advancing skills in execution, project management, reporting and analytics, planning and process improvement
Support strategic initiatives and execution of enterprise and technology business goals and deliverables
Provide accurate, clear and concise research and analysis on a variety of operational programs and practices, bringing results to management to ensure proper perspective for decision making
Actively monitor and analyze trends to inform management's view of opportunities and approach to innovation and change
Leverage data to identify opportunities and influence capabilities and process enhancements and propose solutions or workarounds
Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient processes
Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives
Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage business operation and data tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years business operations or project management experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools; proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting/workflow building tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong knowledge of SharePoint or Confluence

Preferences:
5+ years of experience in financial services or technology industry
