Job Summary

As a Senior Agile Coach, you will use an array of approaches to partner with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization to encourage and guide them in improving ways of working and achieving greater business responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage Individual Growth: Support team members in their personal and professional development, helping them to achieve their full potential
  • Foster High Value-Creating Teams: Guide teams to work more effectively together, enhancing collaboration and productivity
  • Hone Leadership Skills: Mentor and coach leaders to adopt agile practices and lead their teams with agility
  • Increase Knowledge: Provide training and resources to teams and individuals to deepen their understanding of agile principles and practices
  • Improve Business Outcomes: Work with teams to deliver value sooner, foster positive change, and rapidly innovate business agility capabilities
  • Deliver Value Sooner: Help teams to prioritize work effectively and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner
  • Foster Positive Change: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization
  • Learn Emerging Ways of Working: Stay updated with the latest agile practices and share this knowledge with the teams
  • Rapidly Innovate Business Agility Capabilities: Support the organization in developing and implementing innovative agile practices

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification is preferred. Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) certification is preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE: 7+ years’ proven experience as an Agile Coach. Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teams & individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. A love for questioning the current state, imagining possibilities, and creating the conditions for invention and ideation. Excels at igniting excitement, energy, and enthusiasm within individuals or teams to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
