Sr. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer

<p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to support, enhance, and scale our existing implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.</p> <p>This role focuses on data collection architecture, platform optimization, data quality, and governance across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and management, Customer Journey Analytics(B2B), Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, and will play a key role in ensuring reliable data flow, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions.</p> <p>This role will also collaborate closely across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Marketo Engage to enable end-to-end customer data activation and insights.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance</li> <li>Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams</li> <li>Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies to ensure accurate profile stitching and audience qualification</li> <li>Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments</li> <li>Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA</li> <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies (AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, downstream systems)</li> <li>Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks</li> <li>Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL)</li> <li>Enable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel insights</li> <li>Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; support documentation, governance, and team enablement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with: <ul> <li>Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)</li> <li>AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch)</li> <li>Adobe Web SDK</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience impleme
