We’re currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Headquarters team!


We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving key reporting processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, initiative, and strong communication, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, coordinating cross-functional efforts as needed.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist with internal and external financial reporting, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide documentation and insights to support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering skill development and collaborative problem-solving.
How You Will Shine:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and account software (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Active CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
• Experience coaching and developing staff, supporting growth and performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• High-level organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficiency in complex environments.
• Self-starter mentality, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic setting.
