We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SQL Server Engineer to join our team.

This role is 100% onsite in Omaha and if relocating must be onsite day 1. 

you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of our SQL Server databases. You will leverage your extensive experience to manage SQL Server enterprise environments, perform complex database monitoring, and implement high availability architectures.

Standard Skillset:

• Must Have:

  • SQL Server DBA

  • Windows Scripting

  • SQL Server Enterprise Management

  • SQL Server Monitoring

  • SQL Server Backup and Recovery

  • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Good to Have:

  • Windows Server Management

  • SQL Server High Availability (HA) Architecture

Experience Level:

• Senior Level

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server management

Desired Profile:

• Very strong SQL Server DBA skills

• Extensive experience in SQL Server large enterprise management

• Proficient in SQL monitoring

• Solid experience in SQL Server HA architecture

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability

• Strong communication skills

• A proven track record of delivering projects with first-time right/zero defects in production

The base salary range for this position is $92,250-$144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
