DHT is actively hiring CDL-A Drivers for immediate Dry Van openings with the opportunity to transfer into our specialty Flatbed Division for the upcoming beet harvest season beginning in late August.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who want to start earning immediately while securing a position in one of the busiest and most rewarding seasonal hauling operations of the year.

We're looking for drivers who show up, work hard, and want more than just another trucking job.

Qualified drivers can be immediately placed into our Dry Van Division and begin running freight right away.

TRANSITION TO HARVEST

As beet harvest season approaches, interested drivers may transfer into our Flatbed Division to support seasonal harvest operations.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH AFTER HARVEST

Upon completion of harvest season, successful drivers may:

• Return to the Dry Van Division
• Remain in the Flatbed Division full-time
• Explore opportunities within other DHT divisions

BEET HARVEST IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

Harvest season requires drivers who are ready to work.

Drivers must be prepared to:

• Work up to 7 days per week during peak harvest operations
• Handle changing weather and field conditions
• Operate safely during high-volume hauling periods
• Work efficiently while maintaining load securement standards

Schedules and workloads are heavily dependent on harvest progress and weather conditions.

REAL FLATBED WORK

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Throwing straps
• Chaining and securing loads
• Performing proper load securement without supervision
• Working in physically demanding conditions
• Following safety procedures at all times

This is hands-on trucking for drivers who take pride in doing the job right.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-6 months Class A CDL driving experience preferred
• 1 year experience preferred
• Flatbed experience strongly preferred
• Acceptable driving record required
• Must pass DOT drug screen and physical
