DEPARTRMENT: Specialist - Material Coordinator- Major components

 

YOUR TASKS:

• Responsible for the coordination and processing of daily operational major component business incl. accurate and timely ordering, material bookings and defective major components returns
• Considering country-specific requirements and situational adaptation needs 
• Managing internal and external interfaces, partners and service providers 
• Providing customer services such as inquiries and complaints from our mostly internal customers 
• Supporting in the creation of regular KPI and reports

 

YOUR  PROFILE:

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or alternatively completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• Professional experience in the areas of material coordination and operational procurement 
• Motivated and committed personality with a high degree of drive and personal responsibility
• Willingness to work in an international team
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Sound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office, additional knowledge of JD Edwards and Teamcenter would be an advantage
• Fluent English; ideally also Spanish and/or German at a good level
• Willingness to travel, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock and ES-Pamplona
