It is the largest private single-phase development in the history of the Commonwealth. Situated on the waterfront along the Mystic River and connected to Boston Harbor, Encore Boston Harbor will include a six-acre park along the water that will feature a harborwalk, an events lawn, public viewing areas, ornate floral displays and retail and dining experiences that overlook the Encore Harbor Walk.
Job Description
The Encore Boston Harbor Specialist - Domestic Marketing will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience. This role will involve a combination of data entry, email marketing support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Excel, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn about email marketing strategy and deployment.Specific responsibilities include data entry, group and promotion loading, coupon creations, scheduling meetings, facilitating internal and external correspondence, note taking, and department record keeping.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follows all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards.
• Actively contributes to the departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.
• Follows all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls.
• Input and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and organization.
• Assist in gathering and organizing creative assets for email campaigns.
• Draft campaign briefs and memos to communicate campaign details and requirements effectively.
• Build and format email templates using designated tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to write engaging and persuasive email content.
• Assist in the creation and management of promotions and coupons within data management software.
• Provide administrative support to the email marketing team as needed.
• Learn about email marketing strategy, reporting, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for improving email marketing campaigns
• Balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
• Fields telephone calls using professional phone etiquette, receives and assists visitors, uses word processing, and creates spreadsheets and presentations
• Assists with all aspects of administrative management, human resources related matters, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage.
• Manages inventory of assets and supplies, monitors critical level of stocks, sources for suppliers and submits invoice(s).
• Coordinates between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
• Sends out and receiving mail and packages; document handling, sending faxes, and managing files.
• Prepares business correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prepares meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
• Works on special projects as assigned by executive management.
• Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
• Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
• Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Age, Gaming and Certifications:
21 years of age or above.
Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Education and/or Experience:
High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Requires strong computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Off
