This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</span></p></div><p></p> <p>Position Summary<br>The Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Representative is a key member of the Americas Finance Shared Services organization, responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across North America and Latin America. This role serves as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, suppliers, outsourced service providers (where applicable), and internal finance teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused P2P processes.</p> <p>The position plays a critical role in maintaining strong internal controls, driving process improvements, company policies, SOX requirements, and best practices supporting supplier and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence.<br>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier maintenance, payment support, and expense management.<br>• Act as a subject matter expert for P2P processes and systems.<br>• Partner with outsourced service providers and internal teams to ensure service levels and compliance.<br>• Monitor and resolve escalated invoices, payment, and supplier issues.<br>• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.<br>• Assist with reconciliation of AP subledger balances and discrepancy resolution.<br>• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, company policies, and procurement procedures.<br>• Support internal and external audits.<br>• Maintain approval matrices, signatory authorities, and workflow governance documentation.<br>• Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and business stakeholders.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.<br>• Support KPI reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.<br>• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.<br>• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.</p> <p>Experience:<br>• 3–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or relat
