Responsible for training internal and external customers on policies, procedures and workflows. Analyze accounts receivable, billing and process inquiries while providing superior customer experience for internal and external customers. Determine and implement process improvements to deliver operational efficiencies. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility and fleet operations across assigned locations.
- Role requires frequent travel to assigned company locations as well as client sites within assigned geography.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all building and fleet-related issues; Responsible for responding promptly to facility or fleet emergencies, such as breakdowns, equipment failures or building system outages.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors for facility and vehicle maintenance services; Review new account setups and vendor onboarding to ensure accuracy and all vendor expectations are met.
- Negotiate service agreements and monitor maintenance and repair budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and monitor/evaluate repair work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Ensure all vehicles and buildings are in safe working condition and oversee all repairs for vehicles and facilities to minimize downtime, including federal, state and local regulatory compliance, including inspections and licensing.
- Maintain building safety standards and ensure all facility operations adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate quarterly inspections and routine maintenance of key building components (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing).
- Prepare and present reporting on operational statuses, issues, and improvement recommendations to management. Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate various projects and assignments with the team and other departments and maintain policy and procedure documentation.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all vehicles, including registration, and assignment status.
- Track and manage facility-related assets and building systems for each location.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
